What is BuildLaunchOS?
BuildLaunchOS generates a personalized SaaS launch plan and operating system from your questionnaire answers — including validation guidance, MVP priorities, roadmap, tasks, content ideas, and revenue experiments. Results are available in your BuildLaunchOS dashboard; eligible paid plans also include optional Notion workspace delivery.
How is this different from a normal Notion template?
A static Notion template gives every founder the same pages and generic tasks. BuildLaunchOS personalizes the roadmap, validation guidance, MVP priorities, marketing actions, content ideas, and experiments from your idea, customer, stage, deadline, goals, and blockers.
How is this different from using ChatGPT?
Generic AI chats require you to design prompts, evaluate answers, organize outputs, and keep a workflow. BuildLaunchOS provides a structured questionnaire, a purpose-built generation process, organized dashboard outputs, and — on eligible paid plans — optional Notion workspace delivery. It is not always more intelligent or accurate than general AI tools.
What do I receive with the Free Preview?
Free Preview generates one limited preview from your answers: up to 5 MVP tasks, 3 research questions, 3 content ideas, and 3 sample roadmap milestones, viewable in your BuildLaunchOS account. Notion workspace delivery, revenue experiments, and budget planning are not included.
Is Notion required?
No. Free and paid Founder OS results are available in your BuildLaunchOS dashboard. Starter, Pro and Premium also include optional Notion workspace delivery when checkout is enabled. Connecting Notion is not required to access the core generated product.
How long does generation take?
Most previews are generated within a few minutes, although detailed paid workspaces may take longer. You may leave the page after generation starts; sign in again to view the latest server-backed status.
What happens if preview generation fails?
You can retry from your account. A failed free preview caused by a technical problem does not create a paid order and typically does not consume your successful free-preview allowance, subject to abuse-protection limits. If repeated attempts fail, contact support@buildlaunchos.com.
What happens if paid generation or Notion delivery fails?
If the dashboard Founder OS does not complete because of a BuildLaunchOS technical issue, we will first attempt to resume, regenerate, repair or redeliver it at no additional charge. If the dashboard result is available but optional Notion delivery fails, you can retry Notion delivery or contact support without repurchasing. Unresolved cases are reviewed under the Refund Policy.

Is this business, legal, financial or investment advice?
No. BuildLaunchOS provides software-generated planning guidance based on your answers. It is not human consulting and does not replace professional legal, financial, or investment advice. No business outcome is guaranteed.
Can I get a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on order status, delivery, and applicable law. Personalized digital content that was successfully generated and delivered is generally non-refundable for change-of-mind, but duplicate charges, non-delivery, confirmed technical failure, and legally required refunds may be considered. Contact support promptly and include your Lemon Squeezy order reference so we can review delivery status and available remediation. Review the Refund Policy for full terms.
Does BuildLaunchOS guarantee revenue or customers?
No. BuildLaunchOS does not guarantee revenue, customers, funding, profitability, or business success.
Is this a subscription?
No. Plans are one-time prices. Paid checkout is coming soon; until then you can start with Free Preview. After purchase is enabled, you keep dashboard access to your Founder OS, and any optional Notion workspace delivery remains editable in your own Notion account.
Can I edit the workspace after delivery?
Yes. Your Founder OS remains available in your BuildLaunchOS dashboard. After optional Notion delivery on a paid plan, that Notion copy is yours to edit — pages, tasks, databases, and structure.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter is a lightweight personalized Founder OS (for example up to 10 tasks and 10 content ideas). Pro is recommended for most founders, with deeper roadmap depth, up to 40 tasks, up to 15 focused content or outreach assets, more experiments, an AI prompt library, and richer planning sections.
What does Premium include?
Premium includes Pro depth plus additional software-generated strategy outputs such as positioning, landing-page copy drafts, outreach scripts, risk analysis, content calendar, a weekly execution guide, and up to 12 revenue experiments including pricing experiments. It is not human consulting or expert review. The current founding price is $69 one-time; the planned standard price is $79.
Can I generate more than one free preview?
No. Each verified account can generate one successful free preview. You can return to view that preview anytime.
