Terms of Service

By using BuildLaunchOS, you agree to these Terms of Service and the linked Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

BuildLaunchOS is a self-service software product that automatically generates a personalized Founder OS from your submitted answers. The core purchased product is delivered when the generated Founder OS is successfully saved and made accessible in your authenticated BuildLaunchOS dashboard.

Sending the result to Notion is an optional export and workspace-creation feature included with applicable paid plans. Notion is not the condition for core digital delivery unless a specific purchase contract expressly states otherwise.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, your use of the generated workspace, and your business decisions after using the product.

You are responsible for customer-controlled systems such as your browser, device, network connection, and Notion account permissions.

You may optionally connect a Notion account for Notion workspace delivery of your Founder OS. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Notion account and granting the permissions required for delivery.

Choosing not to use Notion does not mean the core dashboard-delivered product was not provided.

Paid checkout is processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record (or another authorized payment provider if configured). BuildLaunchOS does not store complete payment-card details. When you purchase, you may also be subject to that provider’s checkout terms and buyer policies.

Lemon Squeezy may make the final payment or refund determination under its processes. BuildLaunchOS may provide delivery evidence to assist a review but does not guarantee any particular refund outcome.

After payment, you complete product questions and BuildLaunchOS generates your personalized Founder OS. Access is through your authenticated dashboard.

If a BuildLaunchOS technical problem prevents generation or access, we will first attempt to resume, regenerate, repair, or redeliver at no additional charge for that purchase where remediation is appropriate.

Refund and remediation requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Eligibility may depend on objective delivery status, remediation outcomes, duplicate charges, and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Generated roadmaps, pricing suggestions, budgets, research prompts, launch plans, and business recommendations are provided for informational and organizational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, tax, investment, or professional business advice. AI output requires founder review before business use.

Use of BuildLaunchOS is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how account information, questionnaire answers, payment status, delivery evidence metadata, and usage data may be handled.

BuildLaunchOS provides automated planning and workspace generation software. We do not guarantee revenue, customers, funding, investment, profitability, or business success.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildLaunchOS is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Limitations apply only where legally permitted.

We may update features, pricing, copy, or workflows as the product evolves. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance of updated terms where permitted by law.
