1. Overview

BuildLaunchOS sells personalized, one-time digital Founder OS products. Because each product is generated from the customer’s submitted answers, refund eligibility depends on objective delivery status, technical remediation, duplicate-charge review, and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. This policy guides how BuildLaunchOS reviews requests; Lemon Squeezy may make the final payment or refund determination under its buyer terms.

2. Personalized digital product

Purchases are generally one-time fees for generating a personalized Founder OS. The purchased output is software-generated planning guidance based on your answers. It is not human consulting and does not guarantee customers, revenue, or business success.

3. When core delivery occurs

A personalized Founder OS is considered delivered when it has been successfully generated, saved to the customer’s BuildLaunchOS workspace and made accessible through the authenticated dashboard.

A short generation reference may appear in the dashboard and delivery confirmation email to identify the delivered version.

4. Optional Notion delivery

Your personalized Founder OS is delivered to your BuildLaunchOS dashboard. Sending it to Notion is an optional export and workspace-creation feature included with applicable paid plans.

Choosing not to use Notion, copying the output elsewhere, or failing to connect a customer-controlled Notion account does not by itself mean that the core product was not delivered.

Loss of access to a customer-controlled Notion account, revoked permissions, workspace restrictions, or a choice not to use Notion does not normally make the core dashboard-delivered product refundable.

5. Technical interruptions

A local browser closure, device shutdown, power interruption, or customer internet problem does not by itself establish non-delivery when server records show that the Founder OS completed and became available in the dashboard.

Generation continues on BuildLaunchOS servers where possible. You can sign in again from the same or another device and resume status from the dashboard.

6. Free recovery and redelivery

When payment succeeds but a BuildLaunchOS technical problem prevents generation or access, we will first attempt to resume, regenerate, repair, or redeliver the purchased Founder OS at no additional charge.

Paid recovery does not create another charge, consume a separate paid entitlement beyond the purchased plan rules, or require you to repurchase the same order.

7. Eligible refund-review situations

Refund review may be appropriate for:

  • Verified duplicate charges
  • Payment completed with no core dashboard delivery after reasonable remediation
  • Material BuildLaunchOS technical failure that remains unresolved after recovery attempts
  • Cases where a refund is required by applicable law

8. Situations generally not eligible

Refunds are generally unavailable after a personalized Founder OS has been successfully delivered, including when the customer has viewed the dashboard result or used an explicit in-app copy/export action where our records show that action, except where required by applicable law.

  • Change of mind after successful core digital delivery
  • Dissatisfaction based only on business outcomes, revenue, market results, or implementation choices
  • Notion unused when the dashboard Founder OS was available
  • Customer-controlled browser, device, power, or internet interruption when server delivery completed
  • Customer-controlled Notion permission or account issues when the dashboard product remains available

9. Duplicate charges

Verified duplicate charges are eligible for correction or refund review. Contact support with both order references.

10. Failed or unresolved delivery

A refund may be considered when a material BuildLaunchOS technical failure remains unresolved after reasonable remediation.

We normally try to repair, resume, or redeliver a technical failure before issuing a refund.

11. Refund-abuse review

Where objective records show potential refund-abuse indicators (for example, repeated refunds after completed deliveries, contradictory claims against delivery logs, or chargeback after an agreed remediation), the request is escalated for human review.

Indicators alone are not an automatic denial and are never used as a public accusation. Mandatory legal rights are not blocked by this review.

12. How to request support or refund review

Use the contact form at /contact (category: Refund) or email support@buildlaunchos.com. Include your order email, Lemon Squeezy order or reference ID, plan, workspace or generation reference if available, and a short description of the issue.

Tell us whether the dashboard result was visible, whether Notion delivery was attempted, any technical error shown, and your preferred remedy (resume generation, regenerate, retry Notion, support review, or refund review).

We normally try to repair, resume, or redeliver a technical failure before issuing a refund.

13. Evidence used in review

Reviews may use order and payment metadata, consent timestamps and policy versions, generation and preview persistence timestamps, dashboard access events, explicit in-app copy/export events where available, Notion attempt/success/failure codes, recovery offers, and a content integrity hash that does not expose the generated text.

We do not use invasive clipboard interception, keylogging, or guessed copy behavior. We do not treat a content hash alone as proof that you read or understood the output.

14. Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Refund requests may be reviewed under this policy and Lemon Squeezy’s applicable buyer terms and processes. Lemon Squeezy may make the final payment or refund determination.

BuildLaunchOS may provide delivery evidence to assist a review. This website does not guarantee that every refund request will be rejected or approved.

15. Processing times

We aim to acknowledge support and refund-review requests within a few business days. Provider refund timing depends on Lemon Squeezy and your payment method.

16. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable law requires a different outcome, that law prevails.

17. Policy changes and version

The current Refund Policy version is 2026-08-04.v1. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date or version. Consent records store the policy version accepted at the time of paid generation acknowledgment where that flow applies.
